Palmira, in collaboration with Paolo and Sergio, prepares daily seasonal dishes, even if there is never a lack of mushrooms and truffles.

Nena ravioli, bringoli with "sugo finto" and bread or "ribollita" soup, typical black croutons, together with pan-fried meat with mushrooms and olives and the pies, are among the different dishes of a cuisine that has its own seals of guarantee in the game pudding and in the excellent steak and cut of the Chianina breed.

With pride, finally, they love to serve tarts, prepared with homemade jams.
